Our Commitment to You

Our Code of Conduct

At Ciúin Transformational Therapy, we hold ourselves to clear ethical standards in every piece of work we do. This is our commitment to you.

Confidentiality

What you share with us stays private. We do not discuss your sessions, your story, or your identity with anyone outside our practice, except where required by law (for example, where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else).

Compassion Without Judgement

You will never be judged, criticised, or made to feel "broken" for how you have coped. Every person's story is treated with respect, empathy, and without assumption.

Informed Consent

Before any work begins, you will always understand what the therapy or coaching process involves, what to expect, and that you are free to ask questions or pause at any time.

Working Within Our Scope

We are honest about what we can and cannot help with. Where something falls outside our training or expertise — including situations requiring urgent medical or psychiatric care — we will always signpost you to appropriate professional support rather than proceed regardless.

Your Right to Choose

Therapy and coaching are things you engage in, not things done to you. You are always in control of your own pace, your own goals, and your own decisions throughout our work together.

Ongoing Professional Development

We are committed to continually developing our skills and knowledge, ensuring the support we offer reflects current best practice within transformational therapy and coaching.

Non-Discrimination

We welcome and respect every client equally, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or background.

Safety First

Ciúin Transformational Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or one of the helplines listed on our Contact page.

If you have any questions about our code of conduct, we're always happy to talk it through.
