• Services are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability.
• Coaching and therapy sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your GP, emergency services, or a crisis support line.
• RTT is not suitable for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals with active psychosis, schizophrenia, severe PTSD, or dissociative identity disorder (DID), or for those taking certain medications (e.g. antipsychotics, lithium, or narcotics). If you have complex health conditions such as severe depression, a high-risk pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, or uncontrolled epilepsy, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
• You must be over 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to access services.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Fees for services will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
• Payment is required in advance or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
• We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £99 cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments will be charged at the standard rate of £85 per hour.

5. Confidentiality

• All client information is handled confidentially, in line with ethical guidelines and data protection laws.
• Exceptions to confidentiality apply in situations involving risk of serious harm to yourself or others, legal requirements, or safeguarding concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Ciúin Transformational Therapy unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
