Blended Therapy With Ciúin
The approach we use is grounded in the award-winning therapeutic method developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer known as RTT. It brings together elements of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and psychotherapy into one integrated approach, allowing therapy to be tailored to the individual rather than relying on a single technique.
This isn't a quick fix___ It's a direct and personalised therapeutic approach designed to help identify and understand the core beliefs that may be driving the way you think, feel and behave. Rather than spending months talking around the problem, we work together to understand where those beliefs began, creating the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Grounded in neuroscience, RTT works in harmony with the brain's natural ability to adapt and change — known as neuroplasticity. By accessing the subconscious mind, it helps us explore and reframe old beliefs, release patterns that no longer serve you, and create lasting shifts from within.
Every programme begins with understanding you.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, your therapy is tailored to your experiences, your goals and the changes you want to make. Together we'll explore the beliefs and patterns that may have been influencing your life, helping you understand where they came from and why they no longer need to define you.
Your personalised 28-Day Transformational Programme includes:
- ✓Complimentary 30-minute diagnostic consultation
- ✓Personalised 2–3 hour transformational therapy session

- ✓Daily listening to reinforce new beliefs and ways of thinking
- ✓Regular therapist check-ins and progress reviews throughout the programme
- ✓Ongoing support as you begin to put those changes into everyday life
Because meaningful change isn't just about what happens during a therapy session. It's about supporting you as those changes become part of your daily life.
